Anand A. Kaundanya is a Mechanical Engineer with Post graduate qualification in Human resource management.

He has also completed advance management course conducted by S P Jain institute of management and also undergone various training programs in the areas of leadership and self improvement.

Anand brings with him over 16 years of experience in various functions of machine tool business and capital goods industry.

He believes in open and transparent communication at all levels and knowledge sharing. His hobbies are reading books on Self improvement, Leadership and General Management. He enjoys playing chess and table tennis.
