K Mahindran holds a Master degree in computer application from Madras University, India. He leads the Information Technology team of Gala and is instrumental in initiating and executing all IT related projects including , which was implemented in record 101 days.

He has more than 20 years of experience in systems  and worked in the areas of software development, integration of IT systems, networks and mail systems. He has been with Gala for more than 5 years.  He earlier had global responsibility for IT of Galaxy Surfactants Limited, New Mumbai.
