As a strategic decision Gala has exited out of Compressor Valves business to focus into large and emerging markets of Energy and Environmental Solutions to create value by leveraging India advantage with European Technology.

Gala is looking at having strategic tie-ups / JV's with some European Companies for having licensing arrangement to sell those products in India. We are looking at products / equipments having good market     potential in the Indian market.

Gala would also like to acquire mid size high technology Company in Europe with global market potential and having no presence in Asia. Then develop similar markets & scale up manufacturing in Asia.
