The contaminated liquid (chemically added water) from vibratory machine is drained to the liquid storage tank through paper/compact band filter. The liquid is pumped by means of open impeller type centrifugal pump & passed through cartridge filter for final filtration. The filtered water is supplied back to vibratory machine. The solenoid valves are provided for backwash arrangement. |

Filtration system are used to remove Suspended solids from source water. The various types of Filtration Systems are Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Iron Removal Filter, Micron Cartridge Filter, Multi Grade Filter, Bag Filter, Disk Filter. This filtration system can be given by FRP/MSEP/MSRL/SS. Water Softening, Demineralization & Mix Bed Systems : Softening, DM & MB are lon Exchange Resin based technology. Standard Softeners are available as DOWN or UP flow type. The system is supplied with necessary brine solution preparation tank for regeneration of the softeners. |
