Private equity firm has decided to invest around Rs.50 crore in Gala Precision Technology in a phase wise manner. The first phase of Rs.15 crore will be utilized for capacity expansion at Gala Precision Technology’s Wada (Mumbai) plants, setting up a manufacturing base in Shanghai and opening market offices in Europe and the US. The second phase of funding will be employed for further expansion and acquisitions.
