POST	Customer Support Executive
EXPECTATIONS	To do after sales servicing & commissioning of the Mass finishing Systems & Screening systems. Generate regular sales for consumables by scheduled visits & customer relations.
QUALIFICATION:	Diploma in Mech. Engineering (DME)
EXPERIENCE	3-5
SKILLS
Technical Managerial Others	Must have hands on experience of commissioning & servicing of capital equipments like Shot blasting machines, or electro mechanical machinery. Must have knowledge of electrical, pneumatics & hydraulics circuits should able to read & rectify. Communication ,Innovative Functional: Communication, Soft spoken & Customer Orientation, System Orientation

POST	EXECUTIVE LOGISTICS
EXPECTATIONS	1) Logistics management – Domestic and Global markets - 2) Thorough Knowledge of Import / Export Documentation 3) Packing standards and responsible for the best modes of transportation through Air, Sea etc. 4) Dealing with various government bodies.
QUALIFICATION	Graduate with diploma in Export Import Management
EXPERIENCE	5 to 6 years experience out of which 2 years experience in an EOU

QUALIFICATION	B.E. (Mettalurgist)/Diploma (Mettalurgist)
EXPERIENCE	8 to 10 years in heat treatment & raw material testing
SKILLS
Technical	Heat Treatment & Micro Structure Analysis.

POST	Manager – Marketing PSU-Mass Finishing Solutions
EXPECTATIONS	1.Market Development in PSU segment 2. Assisting .to conceptualizing the customer requirement & translate them in to sales proposals 3. Technical understanding of the product & should be able to discuss technical aspects with customer
QUALIFICATION	B.E.(Mechanical) *or B Tech Chemical or equivalent.*
EXPERIENCE	Minimum 5-7 years in marketing of capital equipments to leading Govt/ Public sector units like Ordnance Factories, Defence PSU’s BHEL etc., on all over India basis.
SKILLS:
1)Technical / Functional : 2) Managerial	1. Ability in identifying potential customer by regular visits and generating enquiries. 2. Should have ability to keep good rapport with Customers and their accounts Department for releasing orders/ payments etc., Willing to travel 10 days in a month.
