Gala Precision Technology Pvt. Ltd. today announced that it has successfully implemented SAP ERP, in its quest to restructure its business process and improve its operational efficiencies.
Gala Precision has deployed SAP ERP to automate, streamline and increase operational efficiency across the Organization for its entire business units viz. Compressor Valves, Disc Springs & Mass Finishing Solutions. Gala Precision achieved this milestone of ‘Go Live’, in a span of just 101 days.
As per Mr. Mr.B.S.Jalan, who heads the Finance Function, suggested that the project nickname “ONE WORLD” symbols the integration of different business functions with in organization which will enable to carry out various activities seamlessly.
The Managing Director ; Mr. Kirit Gala said “It’s a commendable feet which will pave the path for Gala’s future Operational Excellence journey through Lean Six Sigma and other such Business Excellence models besides it will give a fair amount of Strategic Advantages to Gala ”
Mr.Sachin Bedekar, who lead team of Consultants from Wipro & Mr.K.Mahindran who Championed the cause from Gala, has thanked entire implementation team members for their tireless efforts which has been put throughout the period
