We have taken-up “Lean Six Sigma” initiative in Gala, Which is a World wide popular business performance improvement methodology. Where in ‘Lean’ is integrated with ‘Six Sigma’; to get the benefits of both.

Lean focuses on waste elimination, productivity improvement, set-up time reduction, establishing flow, pull system, etc. i.e. optimal production.

And Six Sigma is very rigorous, disciplined, systematic and worldly approved breakthrough strategy to have only 3.4 defects per million opportunities.

Lean Six Sigma will be implemented in 3 waves (each wave is of 6/7 months) spanning 18-22 months with the help of Wipro Consultants.
