High Tensile Nuts
Gala manufactures precision-machined high-tensile nuts for use in critical bolted joints in structural, mobility and renewable energy systems. The product range includes hex and flange nuts. Available from M20 to M72, each nut is CNC-machined and 100% thread-verified. Applications include tower joints, bogie assemblies, turbine nacelles and high-load mechanical joints. Nuts undergo hardness, tensile, torque and salt spray testing, with documentation per PPAP Level 3 and IMDS requirements.
