High Tensile Bolts

Gala produces hot-forged high-tensile bolts for structural and fatigue-critical applications across wind turbines, railway bogies, industrial machinery and construction. These bolts include Hex Bolts, Flange Bolts, Allen Bolts and HRC Cup Bolts, available in M20 to M72 diameter and lengths 80mm to 650 mm. Manufacturing includes electric screw press forging, induction heating, sealed quench furnace heat treatment is integrated with SCADA, thread rolling. All bolts can be tested as per customer requirement for proof load, torque-tension, thread engagement and coating integrity, ensuring conformity to global OEM standards.
